1. Cancellation Period & Refund Window
Students who enroll in Digital Futurix training programs are eligible for registration cancellation and fee refund subject to the following timelines:
- 7-Day Demo & Orientation Window: If a student requests cancellation within 7 days of enrollment or prior to attending 2 live batch lectures (whichever is earlier), 100% of the tuition fee paid (minus non-refundable registration/processing charges of ₹1,000) will be refunded.
- Post 7-Day / After 2 Lectures: Fees paid after attending 2 lectures or beyond 7 days of enrollment are non-refundable as seats, infrastructure, and trainer allocations are fixed.
2. Batch Transfer & Course Switching Option
In lieu of refund cancellation, students facing unforeseen personal or professional schedule conflicts can opt for:
- Batch Shift: Transferring enrollment to a future weekend or weekday batch within 6 months at zero additional cost.
- Mode Switch: Transitioning between Classroom Mode (Thane Center) and Online Live Interactive Mode.
3. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refund requests are processed within 7 to 10 business days via NEFT/UPI or credited back to the original payment source (Credit Card / Netbanking / Debit Card) used during admission.
